Nyaay Sathi is committed to empowering marginalised LGBTQIA+ individuals across India by providing accessible and free legal assistance and resources, advocating for their rights, and raising awareness to combat discrimination. Through our specialised legal aid clinic, advocacy efforts, and educational initiatives, we strive to ensure that every individual, regardless of their identity, has access to justice and lives with dignity.

Founder & Team

Sagar Malkar is a dedicated Media Entrepreneur and Producer based in Mumbai, bringing over five years of expertise in content creation, marketing, and media production. He has served as a faculty member for Film and TV Producing at a premier film school in Mumbai and is also a student of law from a leading institution in the city. In 2024, Sagar embarked on his journey with Nyay Sathi to bridge the gap between the legal community and India’s vibrant LGBTQIA+ population. His goal is to foster a more just and equitable society by increasing legal awareness within the queer community, providing the legal fraternity with tailored resources to deal with cases involving queer individuals, offering accessible on ground legal aid, and making impactful advocacy measures through both digital and traditional means.
